Huge Sporting Events

The match will mark the first time Melbourne Heart has played a sanctioned match against Hyundai A-League opposition, providing some history to the occasion.

The match will be held at the Clive Berghofer Stadium on Friday 25 June with a 7.15pm kick-off. Gates will open at 5pm while a player signing and photo session will be held until 6.15pm before kick-off commences.

Entry is $15 Adult and $5 for under 15 years. Tickets are available through the Empire Theatre by calling 1300 655 299 or from the Empire Theatre box office in Neil Street. Tickets will also be sold at the gate on match day or CLICK HERE to purchase your tickets online for the game.

The three-day Tour of Toowoomba will be Queensland’s inaugural National Road Series event. The Tour initially will be staged in the Toowoomba region for three years.

The Tour schedule includes: Clifton to Pittsworth 113km (Friday, June 25); Highfields to Crows Nest loop 116km (Saturday, June 26); Ballard hill top finish (starting in Toowoomba, Sunday, June 27) and concluding with a criterium around Queens Park, Toowoomba.

Amateur cyclists get their chance to join the thrill of racing by joining The Endeavour Challenge on Sunday, June 27. The 100km sportiff allows amateur riders to compete on the same course as the elite teams. Interested cyclists can support the fundraising venture by visiting www.touroftoowoomba.com.au
